Manage borrower profiles, entities, and guarantor relationships.

Borrowers and entities form the relationship layer for every deal. A borrower can be an individual or an entity (LLC, corporation, trust) with one or more guarantors.

Borrower Profiles

Each borrower profile includes personal information, credit history, and associated entities. Borrowers can be linked to multiple deals across your organization.

Creating a Borrower

  1. Navigate to Borrowers in the sidebar.
  2. Click New Borrower and fill in the required fields.
  3. Link the borrower to one or more entities if applicable.
  4. Associate the borrower with a deal from the deal's detail page.

Entity Structures

Entities represent the legal structures that hold properties. Configure ownership percentages, managing members, and guarantor relationships for each entity.

  • Corporation
  • Trust
  • Partnership
  • Individual

Guarantor Relationships

Link borrowers as guarantors to entities and deals. Guarantor information flows through to document generation and credit analysis automatically.
